Garett M. Vassel

Founding President

Garett M. Vassel brings experience spanning real estate development and investment banking. His background includes work with AvalonBay Communities within the Company’s Development office on Long Island, Nova Capital Partners, and Deutsche Bank’s Consumer and Retail Investment Banking coverage group. He founded Soundview Investment Partners in 2011, a New York boutique capital raising and private equity firm focused on real estate, plasma gasification, and hydropower.

Jim Bridges is the Founder, President, and CEO of JEBCO Ventures, a real estate development company founded in 1975. His experience spans a wide range of property types, including residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and single-tenant build-to-suit projects.

Managing Director

Misty Massaro brings over 20 years of experience in property management, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use assets. She oversees all aspects of property management operations, including new construction oversight, lease-up strategy, financial performance, marketing, and day-to-day asset execution. Misty is recognized for her ability to enter new markets, quickly assess opportunities, and build strong operational foundations through data-driven decision-making and authentic community engagement.

Superintendent

Nick Buchanan

Nick Buchanan serves as the Live-In Building Superintendent and Attendant, supporting day-to-day property operations through consistent upkeep and responsive on-site support. His responsibilities include maintaining common areas, valet trash service, vacant unit make-ready preparation, light maintenance, and exterior upkeep to ensure the property remains clean, presentable, and running smoothly.

    • Oversees common-area cleanliness and presentation, including detailed floor care and upkeep of stairwells, elevators, fixtures, and trash areas

    • Provides valet trash collection and maintains cleanliness of trash rooms and enclosures

    • Prepares vacant apartments for new occupancy (deep cleaning, sanitization, appliance cleaning, debris removal, touch-up painting)

    • Completes light maintenance requests, including bulb replacement, minor clogs, basic electrical resets, and small in-unit items

    • Supports exterior upkeep, including entryways and sidewalks, litter pickup, and trash enclosure maintenance

    • Handles seasonal light snow removal and salting as needed

    • Conducts regular light and safety checks throughout the property

    • Communicates maintenance concerns or hazards to management in a timely manner

    • Maintains a professional, courteous presence with residents and visitors
