Garett M. Vassel

Founding President

Garrett M. Vassel brings experience spanning real estate development and investment banking. His background includes work with AvalonBay Communities within the Company’s Development office on Long Island, Nova Capital Partners, and Deutsche Bank’s Consumer and Retail Investment Banking coverage group. He founded Soundview Investment Partners in 2011, a New York boutique capital raising and private equity firm focused on real estate, plasma gasification, and hydropower.

Jim Bridges

Jim Bridges is the Founder, President, and CEO of JEBCO Ventures, a real estate development company founded in 1975. His experience spans a wide range of property types, including residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and single-tenant build-to-suit projects.

    • Development experience includes high-rise residential, in-field housing, condos, apartments, hotels, townhomes, mixed-use, shopping centers, and single-tenant build-to-suit properties

    • In partnership with Inspirsfree, JEBCO acquired the Indigo Hotel in Downtown Sarasota

    • Worked with Tucker Federal Bank on a 27-story luxury Phoenix condominium project in Buckhead

Elliot Sperber is a former Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Tricadia Capital Management, where he ran the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Strategy. His experience also includes roles at Brookfield Investment Management within the Commercial Real Estate Debt Group and at Morgan Stanley, where he originated and underwrote commercial real estate loans and structured CMBS bonds.

He also founded The R4 Group, a multi-disciplined consultancy focused on securities analysis and strategic business development.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Biomechanics with a Minor in Finance, Pennsylvania State University

    • 25+ years on Wall Street, including Merrill Lynch and UBS

    • Founded investment management firm The Wyndham Financial Group
