He founded Soundview Investment Partners in 2011, a New York boutique capital raising and private equity firm focused on real estate, plasma gasification, and hydropower.

Nick Buchanan serves as the Live-In Building Superintendent and Attendant, supporting day-to-day property operations through consistent upkeep and responsive on-site support. His responsibilities include maintaining common areas, valet trash service, vacant unit make-ready preparation, light maintenance, and exterior upkeep to ensure the property remains clean, presentable, and running smoothly.

Oversees common-area cleanliness and presentation, including detailed floor care and upkeep of stairwells, elevators, fixtures, and trash areas
Provides valet trash collection and maintains cleanliness of trash rooms and enclosures
Prepares vacant apartments for new occupancy (deep cleaning, sanitization, appliance cleaning, debris removal, touch-up painting)
