  • Optima Durant acquired 100 Northampton on July 20th, 2018 from the Kaplan Family, owners of a third generation Easton awning business that has occupied the building for 32 years. The building was built in 1880 for a department store, as a 72 ft x 35 structure. In 1946, the structure was added onto, bringing the dimensions to 72 ft x 107 ft. In the mid 1950s, an abutting building to the east came down after a flood. Some time thereafter, the lot was added to the deed of the property, and currently serves as a 13 spot parking lot with a number of outdoor recreational opportunities and dynamic views of the Delaware River, tenants and retailers could not ask for a better mix of work-life and lifestyle location.

Modern commercial building with large glass windows and outdoor seating, surrounded by trees and parked cars, with people walking and socializing outside.
